Pay Rate: $12/hr – $17/hr depending on experience

We’re searching for a qualified line cook to help prepare menu items under the guidance of our head chef. The line cook will play a vital role in upholding our food safety and cleanliness standards. In addition, the line cook will assist in restocking items, sanitizing equipment, and plating meals. Jane’s Seafood is committed to creating memorable and delicious food experiences for our guests, and we recognize that having a talented staff is essential to achieving this goal.
Objectives of this role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items such as dressings, sauces, appetizers, sides, and entrees
- Prep, wash, and chop meal components for larger dishes
- Plate meals according to the instructions of the executive chef
- Restock kitchen/station items
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Clean prep station and put away equipment

Preferred qualifications
- Kitchen experience
