Family roots

Khai and Ngoan Tran opened Jane's in 1991 after coming from Vietnam in 1982. Today, Vu Tran helps carry that story forward in New Iberia.

The Daily Iberian recognized Jane's in Best of the Teche. Honors included best portions, wait staff, po-boys, boiled seafood, and gumbo.

The Advocate featured Jane's in New Iberia and highlighted the restaurant's family story.
